Entries submitted become the property of Editor & Publisher Magazines and cannot be returned. Each entrant, by signing the entry form, specifically grants permission for Editor & Publisher Magazines to show or play the entries at award shows, Editor & Publisher Magazines-sponsored screenings or in any other public or private presentation with or without charge whenever and wherever the organizers see fit.

The entrant authorizes Editor & Publisher Magazines the use for such purpose of any trademark, animated character, animal(s), or merchandised item included in the entries. Editor & Publisher Magazines may use entries or license entries or the reproduction photograph of entries in perpetuity for the purposes intended herein. Entrant holds or will secure the necessary license for use of all images and music embedded in entries. Entrant will be responsible, defend and hold Editor & Publisher Magazines assignees and licensees harmless for any third-party claims relating to the entries. The person submitting this entry certifies that he or she has full authority to approve the rights granted therein.
