What is the entry fee?

• $35 for each entry
• $60 for multiple-image entry (a minimum of 3 photos and a maximum of 10)

What format should I use for my image files?

• Images should be 300 DPI print ready photos
• Maximum of 20MB file size
• Color RGB
• JPG format

What file names should I use for my image files?

• File must have the correct extension (JPG)
• Filename should not have spaces i.e. "blue car.JPG" instead "blue_car.JPG"
• Filename should not have slashes i.e. "women/child.jpg"
• Filename should not have odd characters i.e. "%$@#*()

Where should I put the photo caption information?
After you upload your photo, you will be asked a series of questions:

• Photographer Name
• Date of Photo
• Publication Date
• Company/Newspaper Name
• Photo Caption
• Photographer Contact (e-mail, phone and address)
• Company/Newspaper Location (City & Country)
• Camera & Lens

Can I mail my submission?

Color or black & white photographs, digital prints, tear sheets or a CD will be accepted. For mailed submissions, register on the website first and purchase your desired category/circulation group size. Include your e-mail address (website register user), submission category/circulation group size and contact information with the package.

Submitted materials will not be returned. All entries must be post marked before the deadline!
